ORGANIC ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL
A part of the mint family, Rosemary’s Latin name translates to “dew of the sea." Its leaves are skin conditioning, stimulating, purifying and rejuvenating. Touted as a “new generation antioxidant," it is ideal for a spectrum of skin types. Rosemary possesses the ability to gently clarify and improve skin tone. Its active constituents include: terpenes, tannins, rosmarinol (a potent antioxidant), flavonoids, sterols, lipids and salicylates. When used on the skin it helps to strengthen capillaries and improve sluggish and mature skin and poor circulation. Its aroma is mesmerizing and invigorating, beneficial for decreasing fatigue and boosting mental clarity.

ORGANIC SWEET ORANGE ESSENTIAL OIL
Orange essential oil is extracted from the peel. Its properties for skin include: purifying, calming, astringent, cleansing, degreasing, skin conditioning and nutritive [containing vitamins A, B & C]. Its high bioflavanoid content helps to support skin health. It is particularly beneficial for dull, stressed-out, mature and weathered skin. Orange flower water, made from the tree's blossoms, is used for dry and chapped skin to encourage protein rejuvenation and restore the skin's pH balance.

GLYCERIN
Glycerin is a naturally occurring emollient, skin softener and humectant, meaning it absorbs moisture from the air and therefore helps skin to retain moisture. In fact, glycerin attracts just the right amount of moisture to maintain the skin's homeostasis keeping it looking plump and radiant. It also works as a carrier agent which helps the other beneficial ingredients be more accessible to the skin.
