If within 10 days from the date of your purchase, you find a lower, currently advertised price on another web site for Obagi Products. We will gladly refund you 122% of the difference between our price and theirs.
Terms & Conditions
- The product must be the same size and type.
- It has to be on a website; it can't be on an auction site
- Prices on the website must be in US Dollars
- Business must be an Authorized Seller of Obagi products
- This guarantee does not apply to "free with purchase" offers or bundled promotions
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be included in the final price when calculating the difference
- Price Guarantee not valid with other offers and promotions.
How to get your refund
1. Order the products that you need from us
2. Email us your order number and the URL of the site where you found the less expensive product. orders@anu-skin.com
3. We will verify the information, and issue you a refund equal to 122% of the difference in the prices. We will then email you a refund receipt. Your refund will be issued in the same manner as your original payment. |
