As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:
Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information, and Patient Information.
How That Information Is Used:

they have questions, or to send email with special offers. Your
information is never sold to third parties.

designed to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure,

1.1 Indemnifications by customer. Customer agrees to indemnify,
defend and hold Anu-Skin, its owners and employees, harmless from and
against any and all losses, claims, demands, damages, liabilities,
costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's
fees and costs of suit arising out of our Customer's use of services
provided to you by Anu-Skin. Such indemnification shall include, but
not be limited to, loss of data, claims for libel, slander,
infringement of copyright, theft of misappropriation of intellectual
property, or unauthorized use of any trademark, trade name, or service
1.2 Indemnification by Anu-Skin. Except as otherwise
herein provided, Anu-Skin agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Customer
harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, damages,
liabilities, costs of suit (but excluding consequential damages)
arising from Anu-Skin gross negligence in the course of providing
service under this agreement.
2) Shipment of Orders: Anu-Skin supplies products Only under these terms and conditions:
Customer (Shopper) accepts full liability for the use of all products
and services supplied by Anu-Skin. The Customer (Shopper) vows they
will only use products under the guidance of their Esthetician and/or
2.2.. The Customer (Shopper) is completely
responsible for the confirmation of their personal importation
requirements. Products are not available where prohibited by law.
2.3 The Customer (Shopper) confirms they are of legal age.
Anu-Skin is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its
control, But will provide tracking and assistance in such cases.
However the Customer (Shopper) must wait for a period of 4 weeks after
the ship date indicated on the dispatch note. In the event of a claim
under the registered service, the tracking process can take up to 6
weeks, whereupon a confirmed mailing loss will result in the products
being shipped for a second and final time.
2.5. If Anu-Skin has
shipped the wrong product or products have arrived in a damaged
condition due to incorrect packaging. The package and products must be
returned to Anu-Skin for inspection by contacting Anu-Skin before
undertaking any action. If the fault is identified and agreed, Anu-Skin
will reship the products a second and final time. Should a refund or
part refund be required they are subject to the conditions in section
2.6. Anu-Skin only guarantees a delivery if Customer
(Shopper) has requested and paid for a "Registered Shipping Method". If
Customer (Shopper) desires guarranteed delivery method this should be
noted in the comments section of the checkout area. Costs for such
service will be the responsibility of the Customer (Shopper).
Anu-Skin Consultation tips are for customer information purposes and,
all information is supplied on an educational basis and does not in
anyway replace that of a physician's.
2.8. Anu-Skin reserves the right to alter methods of shipments or to refuse orders as it sees fit.
3) Information Acquired:
information and contents thereof obtained using Anu-Skin and Products
and Skin Care tips and advices is the sole responsibility of the
customer. Anu-Skin, its owners or employees, will not be held
responsible for any damages you or another party suffer as a result of
our services and products. Transmission of any material in violation of
any Canada and U.S., state or local regulation is strictly prohibited.
If the Customer (Shopper) requests a change in an order before the
products are shipped then changes can be made. If the Customer
(Shopper) wishes to receive a part refund then it is subject to the
conditions in section 4.2.
4.2.. If the Customer (Shopper) wants
to stop or change an order after payment has been processed but before
the goods have been shipped, it may be subject to a 5% charge on credit
4.3. If (Customer (Shopper) wish to cancel orders with
Anu-Skin before shipment of products, She/He required to give written
notice by e-mail. Canceling does not relieve you of liability for any
outstanding funds which covers up to 5% of cost of package, included
within is the restocking fee, processing fee, shipping and taxes. The
same applies to International Orders.
4.4. Returns &
Exchanges for UNUSED, UNOPENED products can be made within 45 days of
the original date of purchase. Returns may be subject to a 15%
restocking fee. This fee is at the sole discretion of Anu-Skin. If you
would like to return or exchange a product within 45 days of your
purchase, email us at: orders@Anu-Skin.com for a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) Number.
5) Interruptions; Discontinuances:
Anu-Skin is not, and will
not be responsible for interruptions or discontinuances of service
caused by factors beyond it's control, including, but not limited to
equipment failure, delays, negligence, strikes, or acts of God.
Terms of Service supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements or
understandings, inducements or conditions, expressed or implied,
between Anu-Skin and the customer(s). Anu-Skin reserves the right to
change it's rates and/or modify these Terms of Service without any
